Ghost in the Kettle is a dry-hopped farmhouse ale fermented with wild yeast from Southern California backyard tangerines – a truly unique recipe, perfect for the summer season. This beer is a collaboration between Brasserie Fantôme, Saint Somewhere Brewing Company, Beancurdturtle Brewing LLC, and Barley Forge: each brewery brings their own distinctive local flavor to the original beer brewed by Beancurdturtle Brewing.
